At Riverside Family Medicine, Dr. Colt works as a psychologist and family medicine physician serving individuals of all ages and family members seeking comprehensive primary care services to individuals and families located anywhere in New York State. We look forward to seeing patients in person in central upstate NY or via telemedicine, which may be available to patients who are physically located in the state of New York, Texas, or Minnesota at the time of the visit.
We imagine a healthcare experience where patients feel heard and are viewed by their doctor as the expert in their own experience. Together, patients work with us to prioritize their wellness*, embodiment, chronic disease management, and preventive medicine.

Colt St. Amand, PhD, MD (he/they) is licensed psychologist and board-certified Family Medicine physician. He completed his PhD in child-family clinical psychology in 2013, his MD in 2020, and Mayo Clinic Family Medicine residency in 2023. He is double fellowship trained in LGBT Healthcare through the Michael E DeBakey Veterans Affairs Hospital (2013-2014) and the New York State Department of Health AIDS Institute (2023-2024). Since 2011, he has supported the health of hundreds of pediatric and adult patients as well as published dozens of research articles in the fields of mental health and sexual health. Practice Manager, Dr. sea Moundas St. Amand (per/they) grew up in the Bronx, NY. They are a retired psychologist and work hard to manage our practice. We could not exist without per hard work and skills!
Intake Coordinator and Psychological Technician, Nathan (he/they) Holstine-Johnson, BS, is originally from Houston, Texas. At Riverside Family Medicine, Nathan conducts patient intakes and prepares psychological testing reports.
