We help you find the right specialist, get the referral placed, make sure records actually arrive, and prepare for the appointment so you walk in knowing what to ask. Afterward, we follow up on whatever came out of it.

Health does not stop at the clinic door. Housing, food, transportation, and money pressure shape how anyone heals, and we help connect patients with community resources that address them.
Finding affirming care elsewhere is part of this too. If you need a specialist, a therapist, or a hospital where you will be treated with respect, we will use what we know about this region to point you somewhere safe rather than sending you in blind.
